Athiests, do you think God blames Pat Robertson for the bad storms?

Question by Springs: Athiests, do you think God blames Pat Robertson for the bad storms?
HEAVEN — After the upper Midwest and Plains states received a lashing of violent thunderstorms, tornadoes and flooding over the past week, local residents were left seeking answers amid the soaked rubble of their destroyed homes and communities.

That answer came from the Big Man himself.

“I have warned Pat Robertson that if he continues to blame gays, liberals and ‘judicial activism’ for bad weather — weather that I have repeatedly said I delegate out to the apostle level or lower — that I would really give him something to complain about,” said a vengeful God. “Christ, he makes me crazy.”

Ironically, Robertson recently began appearing in an ad fighting global warming alongside the Rev. Al Sharpton for, a Web site created by The Alliance for Climate Protection, the organization of Interwebs founder and former Vice President Al Gore.

“I would just kill him, but he’s gonna be so clingy when he gets to heaven,” God added. “So much for intelligent design.”

  1. Either that or the Midwest is participating in a masturbation marathon, which makes god angry.

  2. I don’t think that God has anything whatsoever to do with Pat Robertson, who is not a Christian, but a pseudo-Christian.

He preaches hate, and judges others, which is forbidden by the Bible and Christian teachings.

Judge not, lest ye be judged.

    He has condemned himself.

  3. Look up the meaning of ‘atheist’ in the dictionary, it may stop you asking daft questions.

  4. Hahahaha. That’s funny. Pat Robertson, and so many like him, is just a bit crazy, you know? Or maybe he does it on purpose. Maybe he’s trying to see how outrageous he can be before it actually costs him a few viewers!

  5. As a god fearing athiest myself, i staunchly believe that the guy who thinks the midwest got the rain to to mastubation frenzy overestimates the number of republican pedophiles who live there.

and by the way, alex…if god doesnt exit,
Who put the bomp in the bomp-a-bomp-a-bomp
Who put the ram in the ram-a-lam-a-ding-dong
Who put the bop in the bop-she-bop-she-bop
Who put the dip in the dip-de-dip-de-dip
Who was that man, I’d like to shake his hand
He made my baby fall in love with me (yeah!)

  6. Pat Robertson is innocent of the hazards storming America, as is Rev Sharpton.

Bad governance and maladministration is undeniably causing social unrest in the volatile and tempestuous communities of the US and the resulting inclement weather is probably an outward indicator of this.

There are undoubtedly other contributory factors at play…
