Has anyone ever had this problem with counterstrike source?

“The instruction at ‘0x10763e2c’ referenced memory at ‘0x0e4da1a0’. The memory could not be ‘read’. Click OK to terminate the program.”

I’ve tried everything from verifying the cache, debugging and even re-installing steam and counterstrike source. Could someone please give me something that would work?
