Hi! Anyone knows how to file an income tax if you work from home like earn money from internet? Like if you get money from blogging, selling some stuffs online, paid surveys and paid links etc? or home base business?
just wondering which one since it’s kind a confusing if it’s c or c-ez or S?
I’m actually also referring to home based business not only earn money from internet programs. I hope someone can help me out.

  1. Schedule C or C-EZ for your income and expenses, form 1040, and if your net income is over $400, schedule SE.

  2. yes, file Sch C and SE for your income and your expenses will be shown on the C, your self employment tax will be calculated on the SE

  3. Visit “Paid to .click .read .promote .write” (link bellow). In this blog you find banners from usefull sites to earn some money online for clicking on banners, reading emails, promoting or writing your articles.

  4. You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies.

    You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.

    These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as “work at home” because they would hear from too many unqualified people.
