computer asking for “choose programme” when i open any drive. but it open it after choosing “internet exlorer”, but it should not prompt for “choose programme”…..plz help

well to stop it from doing that check the box that says “use this program from now on to open this type of file”, but it should not give you this pop up, you most likely have a virus, or a corrupt operating system.
yahoo eusing registry cleaner, it is a free tool that might help.
